How does CSI Experiential Learning work?
There is an old Chinese proverb that goes-- "Tell me and I will forget. Show me and I will remember. Involve me and I will understand."

Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) is transformed into a proven learning and training experience that allows participants to partake in a responsive realistic “murder investigation” while playing roles as part of a law enforcement team. Whether modeled on the FBI, Interpol or a local Robbery/Homicide Unit, the goals and methods are universally understood and always the same — investigators give the prosecutors what they need to obtain a conviction by establishing motive, means and opportunity, through teamwork, communication and collaboration.
No greater universal metaphor demonstrates the importance of teamwork and team insight.

Complete with victims, suspects, clues and all the rigors of police work, the CSI experience allows the “investigators” to experience their roles in an interactive non-threatening way by relating an otherwise different discipline to their own workplace while at the same time gaining clarity and understanding toward a desired result.

Key Goals:
Although CSI teambuilding event can be modified to deal with specific issues and challenges facing an organization, the program is initially designed so that participants take away with them:
- Communication and collaboration within an organization directly relates to their success and that of the company
- Structure and routine fosters team insight, learning and trust
- Unspoken discoveries increase risk and decrease success
- The knowledge of each team member has significance and value
- Effective team planning considers the skills, talents and aspirations of all team members and is critical to quality decision-making
