DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT
A 50% ($4,300.00) non-refundable deposit per person to hold a space along with a signed registration form is due by October 1, 1998. Balance and final payment of $4,300.00 per person is due January 19, 1999, 60 days prior to departure.

No tours are confirmed without deposit and signed registration form and must be received by October 1, 1998 or reservation will be cancelled.

Please make checks or money orders payable to MURDER MYTERY WEEKEND, INC. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is not deemed made until it is received by MURDER MYSTERY WEEKEND, INC.

In order to secure space by credit card please have your credit card number ready when phoning for your reservation.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking for reservation made less than 60 days before departure, providing there is space available.

If tour participants book their own airfare they must inform Murder Mystery Weekend, Inc. of airline itinerary so that you can be picked up at the London Airport.

Travel documents and instructions for joining your tour will be sent to you by Federal Express 30 days prior to departure, provided full payment has been received. Bookings received within 21 days of departure will incur a $15.00 late document fee.

ILLNESS OR ABSENTEEISM
In case you have to withdraw from a tour after it has begun for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtains a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. We regret that we are unable to make refunds for absences from a tour, including but not limited to missed meals or sightseeing. Also please be advised that if any promotional airfare is broken or extended for any reason, an additional fare may be payable.

RESPONSIBILITY
The tour is being produced by MURDER MYSTERY WEEKEND, INC. in conjunction with MAYER MOTIVATION, INC., and their responsibility and/or their agents is limited. MURDER MYSTERY WEEKEND, INC./MAYER MOTIVATION, INC., act as agents for the various supplier companies and therefore accept no responsibility in all or part and are not liable for any negligence or default in connection with any delay, loss, accident, injury or damages to any person, however caused or arising with the services of any vehicle, carriages, aircraft, motor or other conveyances or hotel that may be used in this program. MURDER MYSTERY WEEKEND, INC./MAYER MOTIVATION, INC., shall not be responsible for any damages, injuries or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, abnormal conditions or any other omissions or conditions outside the agent’s control. MURDER MYSTERY WEEKEND, INC/MAYER MOTIVATION, INC., shall not be responsible for any damages or losses of any nature to luggage or personal belongings. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected.
