All weekend events are subject to cancellation without notice by Murder Mystery USA, Inc. or hotel properties.

We have no means of determining a card-holders authenticity at any stage during the order process, therefore we shall not be held liable nor in any way responsible for fraudulent credit-card usage on our website resulting in the subsequent payment and delivery of products. Nor will we be liable for refund of monies, in part or full, should a purchase be made by persons illegally.
